INDIAN LAND, S.C., July 11, 2018 … Hendrick Construction, Inc., has been selected as the general contractor for The Mason at Six Mile Creek. The 398,000-square-foot project features 300 apartment homes at Highway 521 and Bridgemill Drive in Indian Land, S.C.

The Mason at Six Mile Creek will provide residents with an array of amenities including a central town green, dog spa, bike shop and two-story resident lounge. The community will offer a variety of floorplans for one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Each apartment will feature stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, shaker-style cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, spacious walk-in closets and vinyl wood plank flooring. A resort-style pool with sun deck, outdoor bar with kitchen and grilling areas, co-working loft and state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga room are all part of the plans for the Mason at Six Mile Creek.
The apartment community is 30 minutes from Charlotte and less than two miles from RedStone Shopping Center, a 310,000-square-foot retail center anchored by a 14-theater cinema. The community is also located near the corporate headquarters of digital marketing giant Red Ventures, which employs more than 3,600 people.
Preston Partnership is providing architecture and design services for the Mason at Six Mile Creek. LandDesign is serving as the civil engineer and landscape architect. Matrix Residential, a subsidiary of Pollack Shores, will manage the apartment community.
