Germantown, Tenn., May 23, 2016 … Hendrick Construction has started construction on 3rd & Madison apartment community in Germantown, Tenn., just north of Nashville. The five-story community will include 101 apartments built above an underground parking garage. It also includes approximately 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Located at 1212 Third Ave. N.. the site is just a few blocks from First Tennessee Park where the Nashville Sounds play minor-league baseball. It is also around the corner from City House, featuring Tandy Wilson, the first Nashville-area chef to win the coveted James Beard award.

3rd & Madison is a joint venture of Brentwood, Tenn., developer Grove Park Land Co. and Charlotte-based Delray Ventures, LLC. Hendrick Construction expects construction to be complete in late summer 2017.
