HENDRICK CONSTRUCTION BUILDING PATTON PLACE APARTMENTS IN DOWNTOWN ASHEVILLE, NC

Asheville, N.C., July 15, 2016 … Hendrick Construction has started construction on Patton Place in downtown Asheville for owner Delray Ventures, LLC. With 117 apartments, Patton Place will be a boutique, urban-style apartment community offering easy access to the many entertainment and dining options in downtown. The four-story building of 117 apartments wraps a three-story parking deck at 248 Patton Ave., the western gateway to downtown Asheville.

"Amenities will include a leasing center, fitness center, club room with a TV lounge and kitchen, bike rack room with electric pump and repair center, outdoor entertainment area with a grill island, seating lounges and gas outdoor fire pit — and personal storage units available for lease," Daniel Jimenez of Delray Ventures said. “The outdoor area will include a bocce court.”

“The site offers great access to all the attractions in downtown Asheville,” said Roger Hendrick, president of Hendrick Construction. “We are thrilled to partner with Delray Ventures again.”

This is Hendrick Construction’s third project for Delray Ventures. The company completed the 82-unit Cedar Flats in uptown Charlotte earlier this year and is also building the 101-unit 3rd & Madison in Germantown, Tenn., near Nashville. Patton Place is expected to be complete in fall 2017.
