We consider safety to be an integral pillar of our company and maintain a robust training program. We strongly adhere to the principle that accident prevention is just as important to our company as delivering the highest quality construction projects. We insist on safe methods and practices at all times, and under no circumstance will we sacrifice safety.

As a result of our commitment to safety excellence and adherence to strict operational guidelines, Hendrick has been honored with numerous awards. Hendrick is the three-time recipient of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) National Safety Excellence Award, recognizing our continued commitment to jobsite safety and exemplary safety performance and programs. Our company has also been honored multiple times with ABC’s Platinum Safety Training and Evaluation Process (STEP) Award.

Additionally, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has approved Hendrick’s Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP) promoting effective worksite-based safety and health.

We are also concerned about the safety and well-being of our community. So, we regularly contribute to charitable organizations such as the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, Boys & Girls Club, Crisis Assistance Ministry and the Dale Earnhardt Foundation. Hendrick also supports The King’s Kitchen, Second Harvest Food Bank, School Tools, Victory Sports Outreach, March of Dimes, Alzheimer’s Association and athletic programs at area schools.
