Holly Springs, N.C., May 15, 2017 … Hendrick Construction has been selected to build an expansion of Holly Springs Towne Center by its owner, Kite Realty Group Trust. Construction is expected to begin immediately on 22,250 square foot additional space for the center located at the intersection of N.C. 55 and New Hill Road in Holly Springs, N.C.

Holly Springs Towne Center anchors include Target, Marshalls, Pier 1, ULTA, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Petco, Michaels, Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW, and a nine-screen, dine-in AMC. Part of the new space will be for an 02 Fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, personal training sessions and a wide variety of group classes. Hendrick Construction expects the single-level space to be ready for up-fitting late this summer.

“It is a privilege to be adding to the dynamic gathering place that is Holly Springs Towne Center,” said Roger Hendrick, president of Hendrick Construction. “The first phases leased quickly, and it has become a destination for dining, shopping, services and entertainment in the area. We are looking forward to contributing to its expansion. “
