HENDRICK CONSTRUCTION SELECTED TO EXPAND HOLLY SPRINGS TOWNE CENTER

Holly Springs, N.C., May 15, 2017 … Hendrick Construction has been selected to build an expansion of Holly Springs Towne Center by its owner, Kite Realty Group Trust. Construction is expected to begin immediately on 22,250 square foot additional space for the center located at the intersection of N.C. 55 and New Hill Road in Holly Springs, N.C.

Holly Springs Towne Center anchors include Target, Marshalls, Pier 1, ULTA, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Petco, Michaels, Bed Bath & Beyond, DSW, and a nine-screen, dine-in AMC. Part of the new space will be for an 02 Fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, personal training sessions and a wide variety of group classes. Hendrick Construction expects the single-level space to be ready for up-fitting late this summer.
